In 2000, we set up an analysis and microbiology laboratory at our site, to be able to test the content and microbiological state of our products continuously.

Our laboratories are developed constantly to make our product testing even faster and more accurate, using more and more modern tools. This allowed us to inform the production unit about any quality deviations, thus we can make the necessary interventions in the manufacturing processes in a timely manner.

Thanks to our Monitoring System implemented in 2005, we managed to accomplish the “farm-to-table” program.

In 2006, we transformed our existing HACCP system and set up our ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System.

The system is audited annually by experts from the Hungarian Standards Institution.

In 2012, we implemented the Prerequisite Programs Management System, which is a management system equivalent to FSS ISO 22000. The system implemented assessments and regulates risks, which do not fall within the daily risks, according to a risk assessment-based decision.
